“Traditional”
Eloise was born in Oklahoma, but moved to New Mexico when very young, She is a former Albuquerque Public School teacher. After retiring she taught art to adults and high school students.
She studied with artists Robert Woods, Milford Zornes, Millard Sheets, Charles Reid, and others. Eloise paints in watercolor, oil, and acrylics.
The subjects she enjoys are landscapes, florals, and still life. She is a member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society, Rio Grande Oil Painters, and Plein Air Painters of New Mexico. Painting in plein air is something she enjoys. Eloise is a signature member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society.
Her paintings have been in many juried shows and are owned by collectors around the United States.
